By accessing or using the Sahara Grill Miami online ordering website or mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, it may not be cancelled. If you experience an issue with your order (wrong items, quality concerns), please contact us at saharagrillmiami@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email us at saharagrillmiami@gmail.com with your order details.
Points earned through our loyalty program have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Sahara Grill Miami or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sahara Grill Miami SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ORDER PLACED THROUGH IT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
