Sahara Grill Miami (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the online ordering website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). Our contact information is at the bottom of this policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Service.
Account & Profile Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. You may also add delivery addresses to your profile.
Order Information: When you place an order we collect your order items, special instructions, payment method details (card brand and last four digits only — full card numbers are handled by Stripe and never stored by us), delivery address, and order total.
Device & Usage Information: We automatically collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and timestamps. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for this purpose.
Cookies & Local Storage: We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and support analytics. You may opt out of analytics cookies at any time via the banner on our site or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
Marketing Consent: If you choose to opt in during signup, we collect your explicit consent for SMS and/or email marketing, including the date and time of that consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service:

We retain order records for accounting and tax purposes for as long as legally required (typically 7 years). Your account profile and loyalty history are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 6). Upon deletion, your profile data will be anonymized, but order records will be retained in anonymized form for financial compliance.
Access & Correction: You can view and update your name, email, phone, and addresses at any time from your profile page.
Deletion (CCPA / “Right to Delete”): You may request that we delete your personal information by emailing saharagrillmiami@gmail.com. We will anonymize your profile data within 30 days. Note that we cannot delete order records needed for legal/accounting purposes.
Opt-out of SMS Marketing: Reply STOP to any marketing text message at any time. Message & data rates may apply.
Opt-out of Email Marketing: Click the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Opt-out of Analytics: Click “Opt out of analytics” in the cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. This sets a local preference in your browser that stops our use of GA4 on your device.
California Residents (CCPA): California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, and role-based database access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
